On-stage Talks

For Platinum or Gold sponsors whose sponsorships include time on the main stage, please send us the outline of your talk no later than Monday, September 8th, so we can review for compliance with the CNCF Code of Conduct and the general rule of “no direct company or product pitches.” The intention of these talks is to give you an opportunity to showcase your support for the local cloud native community, the projects in the CNCF landscape and provide attendees with a reason to visit your sponsor booth for a conversation - offering a raffle is a good way to do that. In short, we want to avoid having the talks feel like a “pay for placement” moment.

Sponsor Booths

You will have a 6ft table in the exhibitor hall with a black table covering and two chairs. You can replace or overlay the table covering with one of your own. Please limit your display to the 6ft width of the table. You will have approximately 3ft behind the table for chairs, standing room and displays. venue layout

Leads and Lead Scanning

All sponsors will get the following access to attendee contact information:

  1. Contact info for attendees who opted into sponsor communications during registration
  2. Lead scanning by vFairs using a QR code on attendee badges for those who choose to share

Please install the app “Lead Capture by vFairs” on your work or personal smart device.

You will be provided a login closer to the event. You can use your personal devices and there’s no limit on the number of licenses or people who can use the app.

Venue Details

Lodging:

We do not have any room blocks or lodging discounts available. Please see the Visitor Guide for some nearby options.

Parking:

One parking spot per sponsor is available at the venue. Please email organizers-dc@kubernetescommunitydays.org with the name of your parking delegate. All other vehicles should use street parking or public garage. Please see the Visitor Guide for some nearby options.

If you are driving and have a spot reserved, please see the useful information on parking at the venue.

Packages will be placed at the registration table for sponsor setup time. Please have them arrive no earlier than Tuesday, September 9th, and no later than Monday, September 15th.

Return shipping:

Prepare your pre-paid return label(s) and leave packages at your sponsor booth. Volunteers will collect them for return shipping.

Tickets

Please register for the event.

Every sponsorship includes a number of complimentary tickets (see below) and unlimited tickets at the Early Bird price. Your on-site representatives should each register for the event so we get an accurate count of people for capacity planning, food and beverage, etc. Please have your team register ASAP using the discount code SPONSORTIX25

  • Bronze - 1 ticket

You can purchase an unlimited number of additional tickets at the Early Bird price. Simply purchase an Early Bird ticket prior to July 21, 2025, or use the following code afterwards EARLYBIRD25

Other info

We will provide continental breakfast, lunch and snacks/beverages throughout the day - also for sponsors, of course. You are welcome to join the social hour although there is no official sponsor presence during that event other than the exclusive Social Hour sponsorship, if we have anyone who purchases. Please indicate your intention on joining the social hour when registering so we get an estimate of attendees for food and beverage.
